End of 2023, I took a professional break of almost 3 months and decided to spend some time in the United States. It was the best decision because winter in the US is truly magical! During this period, I was mainly based in Philadelphia but I also spent a few days in  New York and Washington DC. 

Above all, I was surprised and genuinely appreciated the kindness of American people toward me: I received many compliments on my style, my hair, and even my voice haha! I also felt a real cohesion between the black community and as a black woman, it was very comforting and pleasant to see.
